Strategic Thinking for Tata Power: We had organized the MDP for Senior Officials of Tata Power. The training was on the Mind-set of the team members, how to nurture them for the well-being of the organization. Digital transformation of the organization to the next level.

Value Driven Leadership for NHPC: We had organized the MDP for National Hydro Electric Power Corporation Pvt Ltd. The programme objective was to make the participants understand the role of strategic leaders as change agent, study the three-fold change management process, understand strategic role of leader in managing the resistance to change, understand the importance of communication in change management, understand the role of a leader in managing change at individual and organization.

HR Analytics for NHPC and RITES: We had organized the MDP for National Hydro Electric Power Corporation Pvt Ltd. This course was designed and conducted to provide insight into how data will facilitate sophisticated analysis pertaining to Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), Evaluation, Training & amp; Development, Work Design, Engagement, Total Rewards & amp; Succession Planning. The course is introductory and helps prepare the participants to conduct data analysis on people aspects of an organization. Participants were trained to find out how and when information is used to make informed decisions and talent development to position themselves as a strategic partner in the management decision regarding organizational talent.

Finance for Non Finance Executives for RITES: We had organized the MDP for Rail India Technical and Economic Services Private Limited. This programme was about financial prudence-about knowing what the number really means in business. It is specially designed for the executives who need to understand what is happening in their respective organizations with financials and decision making perspective. It provides the financial knowledge functional managers require in running the business efficiently and effectively. Objective of the program was to Give an insight into the fundamentals of accounting and finance, developing capabilities for using financial prudence in making day to day operational decisions, understanding and analysis of the important financial statements of a company such as profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow, how their decisions impact the top and bottom line of their organization and thereby their departments, identifying value implications of decision alternatives and help them in making decisions.

Executive Management Programme for Power Grid Corporation of India Limited: We had
organized the Executive Management Program for Young Managers of GAIL India. The programme is designed for young professionals. It provides participants with the foundational skills, core concepts, and tools and techniques essential to successfully manage in today’s complex and dynamic global environments. Individual courses provide participants the skills needed to work cross-functionally within the organization. The knowledge gained from the programme will be a solid foundation in managing one’s role with a holistic perspective. Electric Power Corporation Pvt Ltd. The programme objective was to Figure out what to do is the biggest challenge for any kind of operations management. We had organized a programme on problem solving and analytics using design thinking for the officers of Relaxo Footwear Limited. The Participants were introduced to the principles &
philosophy behind the Design Thinking, as an exploration of the contemporary developments.
