A Two Days offline Workshop on 27th & 28th September, 2024 was conducted by the MDP Team of FORE Academy of Management Education (FAME) for Hindustan Petroleum Ltd., Pune on ‘Organizational Excellence through Work Life Balance.’. Department of Executive Education & MDP has organized fourth Lecture under the series on the topic A CEO Journey on December 5th 2023 at the FAME Campus-Gurgaon by Mr. Amitabh Tiwari – Former CEO Sansui.

FAME Thought Leadership Lecture Series:2024

Prof. (Dr.) Umesh Sharma, a Life Coach, Motivational speaker and a Professional Trainer delivered an ‘Online session’ on the “Quality and characteristics of a Good Teacher” on 06-05-2024. The motivational session was quite inspiring, appealing and suggestive. He related various examples how a teacher has to be a role model for the students and fellow teachers. A teacher who adds value to the lecture with creativity, Innovation and practical SMART ideas becomes popular among students. The On-line lecture gave valuable tips to the teacher for penal amplication.

Prof.(Dr.) C N Daftuar, D.Litt, Chief Mentor, Counsellor, Coach and CMD, Salahkar, Consultant & Psychometric Incorporated, Pune  delivered the lecture on 15.06.2024 Campus to Corporate in our Institute which was attended by all the Faculty , students and staff members.

Dr.  Daftaur, a Post-Graduate from IIT, Kharagpur and D.Litt is an Internationally known specialist in the field of Psychometric Testing, Competency Mapping, Sensitivity Training , Change Management, etc. He interacted with all the staff and his ideas were thought provoking and they were well received by the audience.
